Site Characterization
MUNDELL & ASSOCIATES, INC. personnel have been involved in the performance and review of environmental site assessments throughout the USA since the early 1980's. With expertise in the development of appropriate site assessment protocols and procedures including soil and groundwater sampling strategies, MUNDELL personnel have successfully completed numerous assessments. These assessments have been conducted on a wide range of property types (commercial, industrial, agricultural) under varying geologic and regulatory conditions. MUNDELL personnel were involved in providing input into the ASTM Phase I environmental site assessment standards, and have been active at both the state and national level in establishing appropriate remediation cleanup levels using risk-based corrective action strategies.
